WHEAT flour, sugar, potato starch, flavors (with WHEAT), iodised salt, spices (4.3% onions, peppers, garlic, allspice, pepper), 3.9% vegetables (tomatoes, celery), seasoning (from WHEAT), Salt, herbs (laurel, thyme), sunflower oil, citric acid. 

May contain EGGS, MILK, MUSTARD and SOY.

For 500g meat (beef or venison) and 2 tablespoons of oil.

1. Heat oil in a pan, fry meat briefly and take it out of the pan.

2. Stir contents of sachet into 375ml of boiling water and bring to the boil again. Put meat back in the pan. 3. Simmer for about 60-90 min with closed lid. Stir occasionally and turn meat once during cooking. You can also cook the meat in the oven (with the lid on) at 200°C for 60 mins.

TIP: For 1kg of meat use 2 sachets and 500ml of water.
