Preparation: for 500g beef
Brown the meat on all sides in hot oil, remove it, and take the pot off the heat. Pour 375ml of water into the pot, stir in the contents of the sachet, and bring to a boil. Add the roast. Cover and simmer over low heat or in the oven at 200°C/170°C fan-forced for 60-90 minutes. Stir and turn the roast occasionally.
