Preparation: 1x whole chicken (about 1kg) or 4 chicken legs (250g each), fresh or frozen.
1. Defrost whole chicken. If you’re using chicken legs you don’t need to defrost them. Place on oven tray.
2. Mix contents of sachet with 5x tablespoons of oil.
3. Cover the meat with the mixture and bake for about 50 - 60 minutes in preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan).

If your delivery date is Christmas Eve, don’t add fresh items to your order. There is a higher chance there will be a delay with the delivery.
If you do add fresh items to your order for that day, it will be at your own risk. No refunds will be offered for delays.
Festive break
We are taking a break from Christmas to New Year included.
During this time, you can browse our online shop and you can place an order online as of 31 December. The first delivery date will be 7 January.
The office will be back on Thursday 2 January.
The warehouse shop will be open again from Friday 3 January.

Fresh Items Best Before Dates
The Best Before Date displayed next to the product at the time of purchase, will be the date you will receive even if the date is before or same as your delivery date.
Best Before Date is not the same as Use By Date.
A products does not expire after the Best Before Date.
However if you do not like items passed its Best Before Date, then ensure the products in your basket have Best Before Dates exceeding your delivery date.
We will NOT be refunding or replacing items because you didn't pay attention to the Best Before Dates displayed.
Courier Delays
Leading up to the Festivities, couriers are super busy. They are Santa's helpers and have a lot of presents and food to deliver, in all weather conditions.
Our couriers Packfleet (London area) and DHL are doing an excellent job.
However, as nothing in this world is perfect, the odd parcel may be delayed.So be patient!
Rest assured we have packed your fresh items well insulated, even now when temperature outside is colder than a fridge, so your goods will reach you in good condition even if a day later.
If there is an issue with your order, then call or email us on the day with your order number. We will be happy to help resolve any issues.
But before you call us because all your fresh items are missing, maybe look for that big plastic bag, which actually is a woolpack. Inside all your fresh items should be packed.
