Roast potatoes with bacon and scrambled egg - Potatoes for breakfast? That can be really tasty. With the PFANNI farmers breakfast. Savory, blanched potatoes with egg, spicy and spiced with smoked bacon. Simply fry in a pan over medium heat 5 minutes crispy-brown. Of course recommended by PFANNI contract farmers!

67% potatoes, water, 10% egg, rapeseed oil, 3% smoked bacon (pork belly, salt, flavor, smoke), onions, salt, lactoprotein, starch, flavor, stabilizer diphosphate, thickener (locust bean gum, xanthan gum), chives, Parsley, spice extract, pepper.

1. Open sachet at the mark. Give packet a quick knead to loosen potatoes.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry potatoes for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.

3. Turn potatoes over and fry for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Tipp: Do not turn over too early!
