1.Open sachet at the mark. Give the packet a quick knead to loosen potatoes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry potatoes for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Turn over from time to time. Form a round shape working from the outside towards the centre. Fry for another 5-6 minutes.
3. Turn Rösti over (for example by sliding it onto a plate), and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
Tip: Do not turn the Rösti over before it has developed a golden brown crust!
