For 400 g minced meat, 150 g fresh mushrooms, 100 ml cream and 1 tablespoon sunflower oil.
1. Season minced meat with salt and pepper and form 15 meatballs. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Fry meatballs in hot oil in a pan for about 6 min.
2. Add mushrooms and fry them briefly. Add 200 ml water and 100 ml cream. Add contents of the sachet and bring to a boil.
3. Cook on low heat for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Serve with boiled potatoes and cranberries.
