1) Whip 125g of whipping cream. Pour the red wine and 75ml (6 tablespoons)water in a fat-free bowl.
2) Add content of sachet and blend in briefly. Then stir on high speed for 2 minutes.
3) Gently fold whipped cream into the mixture.
4) Fill into glass bowls and put in fridge for at least 1 hour.
