Ingredients: Sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, lecithine, glucose syrup, palm fat, gelatine, E472a and E471, modified starch, carragene, lactoprotein, salt.
Allergens: May contain lactose and hazelnuts.

Preparation:
1. Rinse a mixing bowl with hot water. Pour 250ml of cold milk OR 200ml of cold milk and 100g cold cream into the bowl.
2. Add contents of sachet and stir on high speed for about 3 minutes.
3. Pour mousse into 4 small or 1 big bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
