Ingredients: Sugar, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, gelatine, modified starch, palm oil, MILK PROTEIN, SKIMMED MILK YOGHURT POWDER, acidifier (citric acid), emulsifier (E 472b), starch, 0.3% lemon juice powder, 0.3% lemon juice concentrate, natural lemon flavor, orange juice powder (Safflower concentrate), gelling agent (locust bean gum, xanthan gum), natural flavor.

Preparation: Mousse au citron for 250 ml milk (for 4 servings)
1. Rinse the mixing bowl with hot water. Pour cold milk into the mixing beaker.
2. Add the cream powder and stir briefly with a mixer (stirring rods) on the lowest setting. Then whip for 3 minutes at the highest level.
3. Fill the mousse into glasses or a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
