You need: 100g soft butter or margarine, 3 eggs (size M), 500g of cold whipping cream, 200ml of water, 500g of Quark.
1. Grease the bottom of a round cake tin and line with a baking sheet. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees. Mix cake mix with butter or margarine and the eggs. Stir thoroughly on high speed for about 3 minutes until you get a smooth dough. Scrape dough into cake tin and spread it out. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes. Remove cake frame carefully. Turn cake over and leave to cool down on a baking sheet.
2. Remove baking paper and cut cake in half horizontally. Place cake setting ring around the bottom layer of the cake and cut the top layer in pieces as shown on the picture on the back of the box.
3. For the filling: Whip cold cream till stiff. Mix content of filling mix sachet and water in a bowl until you get a smooth texture. Stir in the quark, then fold in the whipped cream. Spread filling on the bottom layer of the cake and place pieces on top of the cake. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Remove cake setting ring carefully with the help of a knife. If desired sprinkle with icing sugar.
