Preparation:
This packet contains a 300g sachet for the base and a 270g sachet for the filling.
You will also need the following ingredients:
250g soft butter (or 100g margarine and 150g butter)
4 medium sized eggs
500g quark
300g yoghurt
Preparation of the base:
Preheat your oven.
Conventional oven 180 degrees, fan assisted oven 160 degrees, gas mark 2 to 3
Grease the cake tin.
Mix 100g butter, 1 egg and the cake mix in a bowl and blend together using an electric mixer or by hand until crumbly.
Spread 2/3 of the crumbs on the base of your tin and press together.
Knead the remaining crumbs till you get a smooth dough, form into a roll and create a 2cm rim around the edges inside the tin.
Filling:
Melt 150g butter.
Put the mix for the filling, 3 eggs, quark and yoghurt into a bowl.
Blend everything together at low speed and add the melted butter.
Spread on the base.
Baking:
Put on the lower tray of your oven and bake for about 55 minutes.
