Cake mix for cherry cake

Wheat flour, sugar, 22% chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, fat reduced cocoa, emulsifier lecithin, flavouring ,liquid sugar), wheat starch, baking powder (disodium diphosphat and sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier E475 and E471, E433;, starch, thickening agent: E466, vanillin

You need: 175g soft margarine or butter, 3 eggs (size M), 1 jar of sour cherries (net weight 350g).
1. Grease the bottom of a round cake tin. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees. Drain cherries thoroughly.
2. Put baking mix with soft butter/ margarine and eggs in a bowl and stir on high speed for about 3 minutes until you get a smooth dough. Add the chocolate chips and blend together carefully. Scrape dough into cake tin and spread it out. Place cherries on top of the cake leaving a space of about 1 cm around the edge (see picture on back of box).
3. Place tin on the lower tray of the oven and bake for about 60 minutes. Remove the ring and loosen cake from bottom but don't remove it yet. Leave to cool down. If desired sprinkle with icing sugar.
