Ingredients: Corn starch, salt, aroma, colourant (beta carotene).

Preparation:
For 500 ml milk (serves 4) - Mix custard powder with 2 tbsp (40g) sugar. Add 6 tbsp of milk and stir until dissolved. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Remove from hob and add the mixture. Put back on hob and boil for at least 1 minute while stirring continuously. Put into a cold-rinsed bowl or mould. For a perfect blancmange leave in fridge for at least 4 hours.
