It is boiled up with 500 ml of milk and 40 g of sugar. The fine vanilla flavor gives desserts, ice cream, cakes and pastries the very special touch.

1. Mix powder with 2 tablespoons (25g) of sugar. Stir in 6 tablespoons out of 500ml of milk till you get a smooth texture.
2. Bring remainder of milk to boil. Remove pot from hob and stir the prepared paste in.
3. Bring to the boil again, stirring constantly.
4. Stir once more before serving.
