For 3 escalopes (pork, turkey, veal, 150g each), 250g fresh mushrooms or 1 tin (425ml), 2 tablespoons of oil and 250ml single cream
1. Fry washed and sliced mushrooms in hot oil (drain tinned mushrooms).
2. Add 250ml of cream. Stir in content of sachet and bring to the boil.
3. Put escalopes in a casserole dish. Add sauce and cook for 30 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degrees.
