Ingredients: Starch, rice flour, iodised salt, 8.9% mushroom extract, aromas (with barley, celery), lactose(milk), butter mushrooms, spices (5% onions, pepper) yeast extract, sunflower oil, herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary), sugar, maltodextrin, emulsifier lecithin, thickener guar gum, citric acid.
Allergens: May contain: celery, eggs, milk, mustard and soy.

Preparation: 3x pork escallops @ 150g each (alternative turkey or veal),250g mushrooms, 250ml cream and 1x tablespoons of oil
1. Fry sliced mushrooms in hot oil.
2. Add 250ml of cream and stir in the content of sachet and bring to the boil.
3. Put escallops in a casserole dish. Pour sauce over the escallops and bake in a pre-heated oven 200°C (170°C fan) for 30 minutes.
Serving suggestion: Spätzle
