Sauce mix for salmon bake
26g sachet for two portions

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, lactose, potato starch, iodised salt, flavours (with wheat), glucose syrup, lacto protein, 2.8% dill, spices (pepper, garlic, turmeric), white wine extract, seasoning (from wheat), salt, citric acid.
Allergens: May contain celery, eggs, mustard and soy.

Preparation: 250g of salmon and 250ml of single cream.
1. Put fillets into a casserole dish. Do not defrost fish if frozen.
2. Mix content of sachet with 250ml of single cream.
3. Pour sauce over fillets and bake for about 25 minutes in preheated oven at 200°C (170°C fan). Frozen salmon takes about 35 minutes to cook.
Serving suggestion: Serve with rice.
