For 250g of salmon and 250ml of single cream.
1. Put salmon filets in a casserole a dish.(Do not defrost fish if frozen).
2. Stir content of sachet into 250ml of single cream.
3. Pour sauce over filets and cook for about 25 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degrees. Frozen salmon takes about 35 minutes to cook.
