Preparation:
You will also need: 150g soft margarine or butter, 3 eggs (size M), 100ml milk, 1 tablespoons of milk.
1. Butter a rectangular cake tin and sprinkle with flour. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees. Put content of baking mix sachet in a bowl, add butter or margarine, eggs and 100ml of milk. Stir briefly on low speed and then on high speed for 3 minutes until you get a smooth dough.
2. Place 2/3 of the dough into the cake tin. Add cocoa and 1 tablespoon of milk to the remaining 1/3. Put dark dough on top of light dough and blend with the help of a fork to get a marbled texture. Bake on lower tray of the oven. After 15 minutes make a 1cm deep cut across the top of the cake using a pointed knife, then bake for another 45 minutes.
3. Remove tin from oven, leave to stand for 10 minutes, then remove from tin and eave to cool down.
