Preparation:

Whisk the contents of one packet into 400ml of cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes. Stir the mixture several times.

Heat about 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan and add the batter a tablespoon at a time.

Bake the fritters until golden brown on both sides, turning only when the edges are well browned.

Serve the finished potato pancakes sweet or savory.
