Ingredients: Starch, WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, natural flavourings (with WHEAT), spices ( garlic, onions, pepper, nutmeg, turmeric), lactose(MILK), iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), parsley, chives, seasoning (from WHEAT), MILK protein powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice, natural lemon flavouring. May contain: EGG, SOYA, CELLERY, MUSTARD.

Preparation: For 400g Spätzle (fresh or cooked), 80g grated cheese: 1. warm 400ml water in a pot, stir in sachet content and bring to boil 2. add the fresh or cooked Spaetzle and simmer for 5min. 3. add grated cheese and serve
