Preparation: add 2 cups of water or stock to the Sauerkraut and simmer for 30 min. Can add butter.
Storage: The unopened pouch requires no refrigeration, but Keep refrigerated after opening. Ideal for freezing.
Please note: since this is fresh sauerkraut and does not contain preservatives it only has a shelf life of between 2 and 4 weeks.
Important: product is not pasteurized and therefore contains live lactic acid bacteria
