Köllnflocken are so versatile in the kitchen
• Loosen meatballs or patties, pancakes and scrambled eggs
• Binding eggmilk to over-
fry stir-fries and casseroles • Make sure that pan-and-pan dishes can be loosened. Eg by breading meat, fish and vegetables and spreading casserole and cake
• Absorb unwanted moisture by adding it to the batter with Kaiserschmarrn, instead of breadcrumbs with pancakes and strudel
• Promote digestibility by adding 1-2 tablespoons to rhubarb compote or mayonnaise
• 1/3 of the amount of flour used in each recipe can be exchanged for Kölln flakes
