Ingredients: 55.5% rye flour, 44.5% wheat wholemeal flour, water, chopped rye, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, date, fig, salt

Allergens: May contain sesame.

The bread is fully baked. However, to freshen it up or to achieve a stronger crust you may want to bake it again!

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Brush or spray bread with a little water

Bake in hot oven for 8 to 15 minutes to your liking

Temperature and baking time may need to be adjusted to suit your individual oven

Storage: suitable for feezing; Best eaten within 5 days
