Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, 11% dried apple pieces (apple pieces, acidifier (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid)), starch, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate), flavoring, salt, acidifier (citric acid), palm oil.

Preparation:
1: Put 150 ml milk in a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg (size medium) and mixture, mix with a whisk until smooth.
2: Heat margarine or clarified butter in a coated pan. Add a tablespoon of batter for each puff and cook on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
3: Sprinkle apple fritters with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar as you like.
