Rye wholemeal flour (50%), wheat wholemeal flour (50%), chopped rye, sunflower seeds, natural sour dough (rye flour, water), water, salt, yeast.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Brush or spray bread with a little water
Bake in hot oven for 8 to 15 minutes to your liking
Temperature and baking time may need to be adjusted to suit your individual oven
