Ingredients: Dextrose, gelling agent: pectin (E440), acidifier: citric acid (E330), preservative: sorbic acid (E200).

Preparation:
1 sachet is good for 1000g of chopped fruits or 900ml of fruit juice and 350g of sugar, fructose or sorbit.
1. Mix 1000g of fruits or 900ml cold fruit juice with 350g of sugar and the content of 1 sachet.
2. Bring to the boil and cook for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Pour into prepared glass jars immediately. Close lids, turn over and leave to stand on lids for about 5 minutes.
Usage: Suitable for diabetics if fructose or sorbit is used instead of sugar.
Storage: keep cool and dry
