1. Heat oil or butter in a pan.

2. Add potato pasta (Schupfnudeln) and fry for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until golden brown.

3. Ideal with Sauerkraut or as side dish to go with meat.

Storage: keep in fridge and use within 1-2 days after opening
