Mix for 8 dumplings with boiled potatos

Ingredients: Potatos, potato starch, salt, curcuma.

Preparation:
1. Place a beaten raw egg (50 g) in a measuring cup and fill to 0.5 l (500 ml) with cold water. Pour the contents of the measuring cup into a bowl, stir and quickly stir in the contents of the package with a whisk. Let it swell briefly.
2. Knead the dough well and add spices as desired.
3. With moistened hands, form approx. 8 dumplings and, if desired, place toasted white bread cubes in the middle of the dumplings and place them in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water.
4. Bring to the boil briefly and then let it steep in the open pot over low heat for about 20 minutes.
