Cake mix for Apple and custard cake

Ingredients:
BAKING MIX:
wheat flour , wheat starch , sugar, raising agents (disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate), table salt, flavouring.
MIXTURE FOR THE TOPPING:
sugar, modified potato starch E1414, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder , thickener carrageenan, table salt, flavouring, carrot extract. May contain

Preparation: you'll need the following to add: 1 egg, 130 butter, 350ml milk, 4 medium to large apples
Preheat the oven.
Put the baking mix, 1 egg and 130 g soft butter or margarine in a bowl and use a hand mixer (dough hook) to mix into crumbles on a low setting for 2 - 3 minutes.
Put 2/3 of the crumbles in a greased and floured springform pan (Ø 26 cm) and press down to form a base with a 2 cm high edge.
Peel and core the apples and cut into slices.
For the topping, put 350 ml of milk in a bowl, add the mixture for the topping and stir with a whisk until it forms a smooth cream.
Put the cream on the base and smooth it out. Place the apple slices on top and spread the remaining crumbles over them.
Bake at 160-180 °C about 50min
