Ingredients: Wheat flour, drinking water, sugar, yeast, whole MILK powder, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), whole EGG, palm fat, rapeseed oil, salt, flavoring.

Preparation:
Steam: Bring water to a boil in a pot, place a sieve over the pan, and add the yeast dumplings. Cover and steam for about 10 minutes. Caution! The yeast dumplings must not touch the water, otherwise they will soften. Do not remove the lid until the end of the steaming time, as otherwise the yeast dumplings will collapse.
Prepared in milk, sweet: Bring about 1/8 liter of lightly sweetened milk to a boil in a non-stick pan. Add the yeast dumplings and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
In the microwave: Briefly moisten the yeast dumplings all over with water. Place on a plate and cover with a bowl. Heat at 600 watts for 4 minutes (6 dumplings), 2 minutes (3 dumplings), and 1 minute (1 dumpling).
Storage: keep in fridge
