Egg dye

Ingredients: Water, acidity regulator: E 270 lactic acid, E 524 sodium hydroxide; color: E 124 cochineal red A, E 104 quinoline yellow, E 131 patent blue V, E 151 brilliant black PN, E 110 sunset yellow S; preservative: E 200 sorbic acid; thickeners: E 415 xanthan gum, E 410 locust bean gum
Boil the eggs and keep them warm.
Note: Eggs should only be cooked by adults.
Cover the work surface well and separate the ink cartridges from each other with scissors.
Now shake the ink cartridges and cut off the tips.
Place a warm egg in each dye bath and dye for two to four minutes. Remove the eggs from the dye bath with a tablespoon, pat dry with kitchen paper, and let them dry.
Tip: Give your eggs extra shine by rubbing them with a little neutral oil.
