To protect our product quality during the extreme heat, all fresh items and chocolate might be temporarily unavailable at times, depending on the weather forecast.
These items will re-open for purchase once temperatures fall. Our warehouse shop will still sell fridge items.
If orders were already placed (containing fridge items) and a heatwave is forecast, we might contact you to change delivery date or remove fridge items.
Thank you for your understanding!
IMPORTANT INFO
Ensure you are happy with the listed Best Before Dates of the fresh items on your order, as these will be the dates you receive. When a product reaches its Best Before Date, it does not mean the products is expired.
What is a 'Best Before' Date:
A “Best Before Date” is not an “Expiry Date” or “Use by Date”. Foods that have a best before date can legally be sold after that date provided the food is fit for human consumption.
"Best before" dates are about quality, not safety. When the date is passed, it doesn't mean that the food will be harmful, but it might begin to lose its flavour or texture. However, this does not happen overnight!
Sometimes a parcel may be delayed by a day. Please be patient. If your order contains fresh items, then these will still reach you in good and safe to eat condition a day later. We package fresh items in insulated wool packs with cooling packs.
If you need to contact us about your order / delivery, then ensure you have your order number ready when calling us or include it in your email.
