You need 250ml of milk OR 200ml of milk and 100g whipping cream. Serves 4.
1. Rinse a mixing bowl with hot water. Pour 250ml of cold milk OR 200ml of cold milk and 100g cold cream into the bowl.
2. Add contents of sachet and stir on high speed for about 3 minutes.
3. Pour mousse into 4 small or 1 big bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
