Ingredients: Sugar, WHEAT flour, starch (WHEAT), raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), cinnamon, caramel, palm fat, color (carotene), flavoring. May contain: EGG, SOYA, MILK.
Preparation:
This is what the package contains: 250 g baking mix for the dough 115 g mix for the topping 50 g cinnamon decorative sugar.You will also need: baking form (Ø 26 cm), 50 g soft butter, 1 egg, 5 large apples (about 1.1 kg) 600 g whipping cream. 1 Grease the base of the springform pan. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: about 170°C Fan oven: about 150°C .2 Put the baking mix for the dough into a bowl, add butter and egg. Knead everything with a mixer on highest speed for 2 minutes, remove from bowl, knead on the work surface until you have a smooth dough. Roll out 2/3 of the dough on the base of the springform pan. Shape the remaining dough into a roll, place it on the pastry base as a border, and press it onto the tin to create a 2cm high rim. 3 Prepare the topping: Peel the apples, core them, cut them in half, and place them cut-side down in the tin. Fill any remaining apple pieces in the gaps. Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorative sugar. 4 Mix the topping mixture with 100g of the cream until smooth. Bring the remaining cream to a boil, then remove from the heat. Add the mixed mixture with a whisk, stirring continuously, cook for another 30 minutes, and immediately spread it over the apples. 5 Bake Place the tin on the oven rack. Bottom shelf. Baking time: approx. 60 minutes. Leave the cake in the tin in the switched-off oven for another 5 minutes. Let the cake cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours. Only then carefully remove it from the tin.
