Courier Delivery
DHL delivers your online order. Your parcel will be send out the day before your chosen delivery date (depending on your post code). DHL will deliver any time between 8:00 and 20:00.
Packfleet will deliver your order if your post codes falls withing the M25 area.
You will receive an email / text from DHL/Packfleet on the day of delivery with a tracking number and estimated delivery time slot. Bear in mind that delays can happen.
Fresh items are packed with ice packs and insulating wool pouches, so these will reach you in good order, even with prolonged shipping.
If you need your items for a specific date / event, choose a delivery date one or two days before.

We have suspended orders for delivery to Ireland. Any orders placed for Ireland will therefore be cancelled and refunded.

You can order online and collect your order from our warehouse shop.
You can use our gift cards as part of payment online.
During check out, let us know in the comment box that you wish to collect your order and when. If delivery charges were applied, we would then refund them automatically.

Come and shop in-person at our warehouse shop. We are open every day between 11:00 and 15:00 (except on some bank holidays)
We have fresh brewed coffee, Artisan Foods’ fresh sourdough breads and cakes available daily.
A good selection of German beer is available in our warehouse shop only.
Our bratwurst hut is open on Saturdays & Sundays.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in shop.

Broadway Market
You can visit our Bratwurst Stall at Broadway Market on Saturdays between 9:00 and 17:00.
Borough Market
You can purchase a small selection of sausages, sauerkraut, mustard and ketchup from our Artisan Foods Stall at Borough Market, every day between 10:00 and 17:00 (15:00 on Sundays)
