Organic wholemeal rye sour dough extract (dried).

Preparation:
1) Mix all ingredients together and knead to a dough for about 5 minutes
2) Let it prove for about 20 minutes. Knead again briefly and put in a tin.
3) Let it prove for another 25. Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees, then another 40-50 min at 200 degrees. Leave to cool down.
Storage: store in a dry and cool place
