Famous Swabian dried noodles - spaetzle. Who says only Italians can make pasta? - Spaetzle is one of the Swabian specialties. Many Germans count them among their noodle favorites! The "Schlemmerliebling" Spätzle are made of the best durum wheat semolina and 2 eggs on 1kg semolina. 

Especially in the cold season, hearty dishes such as roast and goulash come to the table again. Matching this you can serve "Fitmacher" spaetzle. Even during the mushroom season, the "Fitmacher" egg spaetzle may not be missing as a side dish to mushroom dishes or with fresh forest mushrooms.

Boil on medium heat for 12 minutes in salted water. You will need a minimum of 1 litre for 100g of pasta.
