MIXTURE FOR COATING:
sugar, modified potato starch E1414, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, flavoring, salt, carrot
Eierschecken MIX (22%):
sugar, corn starch, modified potato starch E1414, glucose syrup, emulsifier (E472b, E475), thickener guar gum and xanthan gum, skimmed milk powder , flavor, salt.
May contain traces of Hazelnuts and egg included.

Just add:6 eggs, 80g butter, 400g double cream, 500g quark
*Add butter to the 'Backmischung' and add one egg, mix it - roll it out and put it in your baking form
*Mix the 'Mischung fuer den Belag' with 100g double cream, 2 eggs, 500g quark - smooth the mix over the base
* Mix the 'Eierscheckenmix' with 300g double cream and tree eggs for three minutes - evenly spread this mix on top of the quark mix
Bake at 160 -180 degrees for 80min. , cover the cake after 40min with baking paper
