Ingredients: premium fresh white asparagus
Cooking Instructions:
Peel the asparagus about 1.5 cm from the tip towards the end with a vegetable peeler. Simmer the asparagus for 5-10 minutes in salted water.
Best served with new potatoes and melted butter.
