Preparation: 4 portions = 250g rice, 1.5ltr milk, 100g sugar, 1 pinch of salt. Bring milk with salt to a boil. Add rice and simmer for about 30 mins, stirring occasionally. Add sugar to taste and mix thoroughly.
Storage: keep cool and dry
