Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, disodiumdiphosphate, sodiumhydogencarbonate, salt, aroma

Sugar, modified potato starch E1414, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, aroma, salt, carrot extract

Sugar, corn starch, modified potato starch E1414, glucose syrup, E472b, e475, guar gum, xanthan, aroma, skimmed milk powder, salt

Just add:6 eggs, 80g butter, 400g double cream, 500g quark

*Add butter to the 'Backmischung'  and add one egg, mix it - roll it out and put it in your baking form


*Mix the 'Mischung fuer den Belag' with 100g double cream, 2 eggs, 500g quark - smooth the mix over the base


* Mix the 'Eierscheckenmix' with 300g double cream and tree eggs for three minutes - evenly spread this mix on top of the quark mix


Bake at 160 -180 degrees for 80min. , cover the cake after 40min with baking paper
