just add:6 eggs, 80g butter, 400g double cream, 500g quark
*add butter to the 'Backmischung' and add one egg, mix it - roll it out and put it in your baking form
*mix the 'Mischung fuer den Belag' with 100g double cream, 2 eggs, 500g quark - smooth the mix over the base
* mix the 'Eierscheckenmix' with 300g double cream and tree eggs for three minutes - evenly spread this mix on top of the quark mix
Bake at 160 -180 degrees for 80min. , cover the cake after 40min with baking paper
