Shipping and Delivery
Special Note for deliveries during the Christmas Season:
Due to high volumes during the Christmas season, Parcelforce do not always guarantee a next day delivery. We will try and assist you wherever we can but this is something beyond our control.
However, parcels which contain fresh goods, are packed with ice packs so they reach you in good condition, even with a prolonged shipping - so there is no case to worry. But to avoid any inconvenience please do place your order well in advance.
We are trying to ensure the fastest and most convenient way to get our products to you.
However we rely on your feedback to check on the delivery services we use. Please let us know (via email:- firstname.lastname@example.org) when a parcel has arrived in any other condition than anticipated by you.
Our system will calculate the shipping charge according to your area of residence with charges for deliveries to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland being higher. For most areas on the UK mainland we offer FREE Shipping for orders over £100. For all other areas we will take on the shipping cost proportionally.
The shipping costs are set according to the order value and location. Charges for most parts of UK:

If you are a customer from an area in Scotland bordering on the Scottish Highlands, from the Scottish Highlands and Islands themselves or the Republic of Ireland a delivery will take 2 days since no overnight delivery is available to us. Please only chose a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday as your delivery day!
We will ship to BFPO addresses by arrangement only! Please contact us first and do not place an order through the website as placing an order without prior arrangement will lead to an automatic refund of your monies minus an administration charge of £2.50!
We can now deliver to the Channel Islands. A shipment to a Channel Island will take 2 days. Please only choose a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday as a delivery day!
We will send you an e-mail, once your goods have shipped, including tracking number, if applicable, with a probable arrival day.
Important! Since we mainly use overnight carriers please provide us with a delivery address where there is definitely somebody available to receive the parcel. The carriers will only confirm the probable delivery day, unfortunately not a delivery time. Always consider your place of work, a neighbour or a friend as an alternative shipping address. Should something come up last minute and you need to change delivery day or delivery address please contact us immediately and, provided the parcel has not already left us, we will change it.
It is a popular misconception to assume that the carrier will leave you a card if they have tried to deliver a parcel to you and found you not at home. They will not leave a card if they are going to make another delivery attempt the next working day! They will only leave their card, if they are not going to make another delivery attempt and are awaiting your instructions or to inform you that your parcel can be collected from your local post office.
We reserve the right to use the most appropriate mode of delivery, however, if fresh sausages and meats are ordered, we will always use an overnight carrier for Mainland UK. Though we always aim to have a parcel delivered overnight, circumstances beyond our control may mean a parcel may take more than one day to reach the customer and you won't receive it on your chosen delivery date. Please order accordingly, especially if you order for special occasions. Refunds for fresh goods can't be given if the goods are still in good and edible condition, but arrived late. We will always pack a parcel in such a way that products will reach you in perfect condition even if the aimed traveling time is occasionally exceeded.
Finally, a note on packaging materials: we take recycling serious and, though we will always use clean new packing material where it comes into contact with fresh food products, for the outer packaging we use a variety of recycled materials.
